The Board of Directors is proposing changes to MA COLAP’s bylaws. Bylaw changes will be voted on during the April 13, 2018 meeting in Westborough, MA. Changes to the bylaws are intended to streamline language and modernize MA COLAP to fit the organization as it stands today.
